House on Grenadier Pond

The extensive renovation of an existing house which opens up to three full stories on the shore of Grenadier Pond. This house is one of only two properties with the legal right to build a dock on Grenadier Pond. The renovation was undertaken for a vibrant and eclectic single dad and his two grown daughters, resulting in a legal duplex with room for motorcycles, dance parties, and art of all kinds. This magical urban location looks out over the trees of High Park and is surrounded by a lush tree canopy.

I was responsible for all aspects of this project including, design, coordination, City approvals and construction administration.
